"MLIMBA INSTITUTE OF HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES(MIHAS) is located in the Eastern Zone of Tanzania in Mlimba district council of the Kilombero District in Morogoro Region , about 3 Kilometers from the Mlimba railway station(TZR), It’s also 150Km from Ifakara, Kilombero and 655km from DAR ES SALAAM. Mlimba Institute of health and allied sciences is a private institute which focused all its efforts to Produce Competent,Obedient,Qualified, knowledgeable, and Reliable Human Resource for Health professionals vacancy in Tanzania.

It came into action after one year of intensive evaluation done by board of directors(BOD) of KIDILU INVESTMENT and JAMSON COMPUTER SERVICE AND STATIONARY COMPANIES"

It was established in 25th April 2017 and being officially registered by NACTVET in 6th August 2018 with Nacte provisional registration No. HAS/185p to offer Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Later in 2022 the college was granted Fully Registration status to offer Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Pharmaceutical sciences. 

In 2024 the college was Fully Accredited by NACTVET and allowed to offer five programs Clinical Medicine,Pharmaceutical Sciences,Physiotherapy,Health information sciences and Social works.
